Описание

We review the current status of neutrino physics, highlighting the main open questions of the field, including the neutrino mass ordering, leptonic CP violation, the absolute neutrino-mass scale, the Dirac or Majorana nature of neutrinos, and the role of neutrinos in astrophysics and cosmology. Particular attention is paid to the present and future contributions of Russian and Russia-associated experimental programmes in the global context. These include large-scale neutrino studies at Baikal-GVD, as well as participation in major international projects and related developments in detector technologies, neutrino interactions, and rare-event searches. The prospects for neutrino research in Russia are discussed in connection with worldwide experimental efforts and the broader scientific agenda of the coming decade.
